Because of this exchange, it behooves us to take care of our environment, the ones around us. We are connected from the air we share.
And biggest ' breath is life. If we have been breathing, so we know it, we're alive! Breathing is really a full mind-body-spirit experience.
Of course, within the medical world, breathing is a vital indicator of life and death. This points to another reason I may have realized myself with several songs about breathing ' I found most of them on the soundtracks with the TV medical drama, Grey's Anatomy!
