The molecules of the things around us becomes a part of us, moves through us, nourishes us, touches and changes us. Because of this exchange, it behooves us to consider care individuals environment, and people around us. We are connected with the air we share.
And most obvious ' breath is life. If we have been breathing, and that we know it, we're alive! Breathing is a full mind-body-spirit experience.
Of course, within the medical world, breathing is a crucial indicator of life and death. This points to a new reason I may have discovered myself with several songs about breathing ' I found a lot of them on the soundtracks of the TV medical drama, Grey's Anatomy!
