Because of this exchange, it behooves us to adopt care individuals environment, the ones around us. We are connected with the air we share.
And most apparent ' breath is life. If we are breathing, and now we know it, we're alive! Breathing can be a full mind-body-spirit experience.
Of course, inside medical world, breathing is a crucial indicator of life and death. This points to a different reason I may have discovered myself with several songs about breathing ' I found a lot of them on the soundtracks with the TV medical drama, Grey's Anatomy!
